Abstract

The present research aims to deepen the articulation of Factor E for the teaching-learning process, guided by the following guiding question: “What is the role of spontaneity in the teaching-learning process?” To this end, a qualitative exploratory research in the form of an case study was conducted, considering three educational contexts of the author: teaching, research, and extension. The experiences used in the study stem from the training of psychologists and psychodramatists and were presented through thematic analysis. Spontaneity in education is essential to avoid repetition of crystallized cultural conserve in the psychological role and to open to social transformation. Factor E enhances the connection of those involved with the here and now, and with the recognition of the roles played.
