It is a critical and phenomenological qualitative research, which used a case study of a sociopsychodrama: LGBTQIA+ inclusion in professional role formation. The importance of debates on racial, gender, and sexuality issues will be addressed to develop possible strategies to dismantle the colonial matrix of thinking. This study intends to contribute to innovating and decolonizing our theory and practice.
