Marital bond: a psychodramatic study of the relationship networks of the male spouse

Abstract

This research aimed to investigate the hypothesis of modifications in the relationship networks of the male spouse after establishing the marital bond. The methodological procedures applied in this study were research-action, using Psychodrama as a method, and the psychodramatic technique Social Atom as a tool to obtain data, enabling the understanding of the relationship networks before and after the marital life of the three participants involved in the study. The conclusion is that the relationship networks experiences a sociometric reconfiguration which is directly linked to the stability and performance of other roles, as well as the model of bonding established by the couple and their marital agreements, reconciling common goals and personal and individual projects.
