Abstract

Psychodrama arrived in Brazil after some timid initiatives, but it was only really presented to the Brazilian public with the V International Congress of Psychodrama and the I International Congress of Therapeutic Communities, held at the São Paulo Museum of Art (MASP) in 1970. Participants were delighted with the expansion of the therapeutic potential of this new work proposal, including with groups, which turned the references into psychotherapy.
