Psicodrama na supervisão de alunos em formação – impacto na aplicação de intervenções verbais e dramatização na aprendizagem

Neste artigo, uma reflexão sistemática sobre a supervisão na formação do psicodramatista esclarece, na perspectiva dos alunos, se os objetivos são cumpridos, quais os métodos mais úteis e a diferença entre a reflexão verbal e os métodos de ação. O intuito é o de investigar se a reflexão verbal e a dramatização na supervisão: (1) levam a um resultado melhor; (2) ajudam a reduzir o sofrimento causado por desafios na prática; e (3) se a dramatização leva à melhor transposição para a prática do que apenas a reflexão verbal.
