Abstract

This article aimed to deepen the concept of the telic healing field (CTC), an integrative relational space that emerges between therapist and client, grounded in emotional resonance and neuroaffective co-regulation. The term arcane, derived from Latin arcanus, refers to the deep mysteries of this transformative therapeutic space. The study is based on 13 clinical cases of trauma reprocessing. Patient evolution, relational dynamics within the therapeutic field, and clinical outcome indicators were analyzed. The results demonstrated that CTC fosters emotional safety, facilitating neural and emotional reprocessing. The intersection between internal psychodrama and neuroscience-based therapies reinforces CTC’s clinical applicability, highlighting its potential as an integrative tool for trauma management.
