Abstract

It is not possible to learn without interest, it is not possible to be interested on something without meaning, and there is no meaning without a relationship. This article presents an ethnobiographical study and observes that the search for spontaneity can be based on the therapist-patient bond and supplementary reality. It presents a description of a psychotherapy session and discusses the psychotherapist’s perception of her bonding process based on supplementary reality and her role-taking process as a psychodramatist. From a psychodramatic perspective, the search for meaning can be understood as the result of establishing bonds through the performance of roles in relationships experienced in a spontaneous and creative way.
