Abstract

From the role theory of J. L. Moreno and the concept of performance (of gender) by J. Butler, this work addresses the problem of “gender roles” within the framework of the heterosexual social matrix as space-time of corpopolitical production of binary sexes-genders that are expressed as a series of expected behaviors related to the sex assigned at the moment of birth. The development plants conversations between both theoretical bodies to elaborate a critical review of the effects of the psychodramatic device while considering the circulation of roles associated with gender.
